When I started to use del.icio.us I didn’t expect that it’ll get to one of my favorite and most used web applications. It needed a second start in 2005 for me to recognize that social bookmarking is so much more effective than your local bookmarking system and sometimes even more effective than any other search engine out there. The biggest advantage is that these links are hand-picked!

Today I did my 1100 bookmark on my del.icio.us account and I am very happy to have this tool!
