A motion painting project shown on the surface of a wall, this piece documents a week in the life of the Rinpa Eshidan.
I would like to see this artwork every day. I love things that change all the time so that’s a surprise whenever you pass by.

Look at this feature to scale images! Cool stuff! I would like to have a closer look at the results. But still cool feature for quick editing.
Nice animation commercial video for Numericable. I really like the animation… not sure about the Sound. I think it dosen’t fit perfect.

I actually don’t know where this video comes from… so the clip is basically the content. Many blogs posted it – so it works!

After all the trouble from last week I found this post about skype. On heartbeat.skype.com you can read what really happened.
[…] On Thursday, 16th August 2007, the Skype peer-to-peer network became unstable and suffered a critical disruption. The disruption was triggered by a massive restart of our users’ computers across the globe within a very short timeframe as they re-booted after receiving a routine set of patches through Windows Update.
The high number of restarts affected Skype’s network resources. This caused a flood of log-in requests, which, combined with the lack of peer-to-peer network resources, prompted a chain reaction that had a critical impact. […]
Very interesting.
Now there are a few pictures on my flickr account from artworks of documenta 12 in Kassel.
You can see lots of art and despite all bad news items I’m absolutely sure that you’ll like some artworks. Yes, it is art and some things are just terrible… but I think it’s worth to go there in any case.
Dates of exhibition: 16 June to 23 September 2007
Opening hours: From 10 am to 8 pm daily
How would our world look without any advertising? Would you like it or not? Skymovies did a advertisement with a world without advertising:
And Tony de Marco did a very nice flickr set with empty advertising displays:

I like the idea to have some areas in our cities without any advertisements! Would be nice to walk around and don’t be disturbed by all the ‘input’.
Really? Have some fun by watching the gallery of dau-alarm.de. I really enjoyed the section ‘Transport & Verpackung’:
Thanks to doc zork.
